Ms. Muñoz began her career in small business consulting in 2014. She is skilled with project management, online project research, business process mapping, developing growth strategies, proposal development and business development. She has assisted senior Consultants and Project Managers to advance a wide range of client engagements in various industries, including: personal & B2B service industries, international logistics, software, finance, non-profits and aviation. Most recently, Ms. Muñoz has held the titles of Senior Project Assistant, Project Assistant, and Executive Assistant.
Ms. Muñoz has experience and strengths in defining and adding clarity to ambiguous projects, content creation, and bringing a wide-range of client scopes to fruition. Skilled communicator with an unwavering commitment to stakeholder management and project goals.
Ms. Muñoz is currently pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate from the Project Management Institute. In May of 2018, Ms. Muñoz earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Roosevelt University where she graduated with honors.

Senior Project Assistant, Midwest Business Consulting – In September of 2018, Ms. Muñoz was promoted to Senior Project Assistant where she currently provides organizational support to various client projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; helping project managers develop project scopes, schedules and budgets, assigning tasks to participants and updating the status of completed tasks, ordering and distributing supplies and training materials, conducting project research, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.
Project Assistant, Midwest Business Consulting – In April of 2015, Ms. Muñoz was promoted to Project Assistant where she currently provides organizational support to Project Managers at a multi-disciplined Consulting Firm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; taking notes in meetings, assigning tasks to participants and updating the status of completed tasks, ordering and distributing supplies and training materials, conducting project research, organizing and maintaining files and preparing reports.
Executive Assistant, Midwest Business Consulting – Ms. Muñoz began her professional career in December of 2014, where she held the title of Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President of a business and project-based consulting firm. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, organizing and maintaining filing systems, preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations, processing payables and receivables, general book-keeping, inventory management, and other matters related to the executive.
